Refund policy

At Blancka, your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s any issue with your order, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item has a clear manufacturing defect or does not match the description or requested size.

To be eligible, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Items that have been customized or modified upon request cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees are covered by the customer in all return or exchange cases, except if the issue is due to an error from our side.
