Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation, and shipping begins immediately after. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days for Cairo & Giza and 3–5 working days for other cities.

Shipping fees range between 80 –120 EGP, and we offer free shipping on orders above 1250 EGP.

We currently provide Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option for all orders.

Please make sure your phone number is available and reachable, as our shipping partner will contact you before delivery. Orders that are not received or cannot be reached may be subject to cancellation.

Kindly note that slight delays may occur during peak periods such as sales, holidays, or high-demand seasons.
